The Sons of the American Revolution Foundation seeks to support the work of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution by fundraising, grant seeking, and donor stewardship. The SAR Foundation would like to thank donors at all levels, especially those who have chosen to give to our $10 million capital campaign to complete the SAR Museum and Education Center. This facility will have state of the art galleries, and will teach the public about the history of the founding of our nation and the ideals of our patriot ancestors.
The SAR Museum and Education Center will highlight the American Revolution, and will feature diverse viewpoints on the conflict, underscoring how the actions of dedicated patriots nearly 250 years ago still influence us today. In addition to a world-class museum experience, guests will have the opportunity to use the onsite SAR Genealogical Research Library, and perhaps discover their own family’s history and forge a personal connection to the American Revolution. It will be a truly remarkable facility which will further the historical and educational goals of the SAR.
This project is not only unique but meaningful. I am asking for your support. While much of the needed funds have been raised, $10 million is still needed and naming opportunities are still available.
